Strength:
work up to comfortable back squat weight

WOD:
5RNFT
max back squats (135/95)
max pull-ups

RNFT = rounds not for time. In this WOD your goal is to do as many back squats as you can without having to rack the bar, and do as many pull-ups as you can without having to come off the rig.
